United Purpose have produced a video highlighting some of the impact the solar microgrid is having within the community of Mthembanji in Dedza. Households have better lighting at night allowing children to study in the evenings and increased security, shops have longer opening hours and can offer refrigerated products, and the school’s connection allows evening teaching.
